David R. Poole is president of JP Specialties, Inc. - a company dedicated to innovation and excellence within the concrete construction industry. David serves as Secretary of American Concrete Institute (ACI) 350 Environmental Engineering Concrete Structures Subcommittee K (Hazardous Materials) and G (Tightness Testing), and also serves as an Associate Member on Subcommittee A (General and Concrete).
